Welcome back, students, and Happy New Year! Just a few items of note:
- Rehearsals for "Alice@Wonderland" begin this week with a mandatory all-cast meeting on Monday 1/5/15 from 3-4:30 pm, musical rehearsals on Tuesday and Thursday, and our first staging rehearsal on Saturday. I will not be handing out printed schedules to students to save paper (and the planet). You can view the rehearsal calendar online -- links can be found to the left on this site and from our facebook group. Students are responsible for checking the schedule each week to see when they are called. I will post a print-out of each week's schedule in both the Middle School Music Room and the High School Choir Room for easy reference.
- Show Choir will be selling pizza and soda after school in the High School Commons on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning the second week of January (1/13/14). Proceeds will go towards the Chicago trip, and the sale is open to both Middle School and High School students who are staying after school for sports, clubs, etc. Much better than eating from the vending machines!
- We are also having a fundraiser with Century Resources on January 20. Both the Band and Choir will be selling pizza kits and other goodies. Money raised by Choral Students will go towards the Chicago trip in June.
- Our next performance is the Unioto Pops Concert on February 19, 2015. All Choirs have a mandatory rehearsal the day before (Wednesday, February 18) from 3-5:30 pm. Show Choir and Pure Gold also have a mandatory rehearsal on Tuesday, February 17 from 3-5 pm.
