Calling All Volunteers!

Our Spring Awards Banquet and spring musical, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, are just around the corner!  Ms. Snyder and the UMA are seeking help with the following:

Awards Banquet: 
Thursday, May 5 at 6:00 pm

• Donations of large pans of lasagna or baked ziti
• Desserts
• Soda, Iced Tea and Water
• People to help set up on Thursday after school
• Note that Ms. Snyder will be asking for donations of salad and breadsticks from local restaurants

Cinderella: 
Saturday, May 14 at 7 pm and Sunday, May 15 at 2 pm

• Parent volunteers to monitor students backstage before and during dress rehearsals and the shows(Note that if you volunteer to work backstage one show you will receive a complimentary ticket for the other performance.)
• Parents to work the box office at each show
• Parents to work the concessions during intermission
• People to distribute flyers to area businesses next week
• People who can help us sell advertising (immediately!)

Students will be bringing home information about volunteering and sign-up sheets on Tuesday, April 26 or you can down a form from this site.
